Classes will include some mild aerobic exercise, strength-training and core strengthening,
as well as flexibility exercises, balance and coordination-enhancing moves and  seated
exercise for those who are less mobile. Go at your own pace.

Gentle Hatha Yoga:

Gentle postures and calming your mind help you relax and increase flexibility, strength,
stamina and balance. Go at your own pace. Class ends with a guided relaxation.
